About Contract Review

I am an orthopaedic spine surgeon at OrthoIndy in Indianapolis, Indiana. OrthoIndy is a private, physician owned hospital. Going through the contract evaluation and negotiation process was tough and at many times both myself and my co-fellows felt as if we were in the dark. Many physicians have been taken advantage of by hospitals and practices. This has resulted in them seeking out new jobs almost shortly after being hired. Our mission statement is to help future attendings navigate this process and be successful!
